Would you like photographs and/or video films of your stand? Exhibitors wishing professional photography and or film of their stand should contact the Fotografen-Innung Köln (Cologne photographers guild). The guild acts as an agency for authorized photographers and film teams with trade fair experience. There is a post office of the Deutsche Post AG at the entrance to the Rhineside Halls. It offers the following services:

Press and PR Koelnmesse/TV |

We would like to inform you that Koelnmesse is having stands, products and interviews filmed for documentary purposes and for broadcasting on television. This film will be used for purposes of our documentation or for TV reportage. The film team is not authorized to accept and carry out any other orders, including those from exhibitors. We ask that exhibitors respect this restriction and support the teams in their efforts as much as possible. Additional TV and video recordings: Please note that other television and video teams will also be filming your stand for TV programs. We ask that you also support these teams in their efforts. These teams carry the Kunst Messe Köln-press cards to identify themselves. Please take care, however: Freelance video teams repeatedly try to obtain spontaneous footage. These teams are not authorized by Koelnmesse. It is in your own interest to check if they have the proper accreditation. When in doubt, ask our press team (Tel. +49 221 821-2907, Mr. Mangold).

Do you have any interesting information which you would like to have published by the press? Press kits to be made available to journalists can be deposited in the Press-Offices. At the Press-Offices 50-52 and 54-56, Service- and Information-Center West, press compartments (one compartment for each language version) are available free of charge to exhibitors who wish to make press documents (press kits, photographs, brochures, etc.) available.
